When TypeDecriptionProviders are inserted over XSet.insert the implmentation
doesn't check if the given TypeDescriptionProvider is a valid (e.g. not null)
object. This causes trouble later when iterating over all
TypeDescriptionProviders for searching types. And of course it make no sense to
insert an invalid TypeDescriptionProvider.
