may I ask what is meant with "UI customization" in this case and why you think
you have to disable the possibility to customize the UI when using gnome?
What will happen if the user installs an Uno-package? Will this not be allowed
to add an item to the toolbar and/or the menu?
Is the user no longer allowed to reconfigure keyboard-shortcuts and re-arrange
toolbars?
Spec?... Anyone? (I know you all don't like specs... I think as well that
sometimes they're useless - at least some are really badly written which is
about the same as having no spec at all).
