The html body tag is overwritten when going from wysiwyg to html view/edit modes
and back.

E.g.:
1. Start up OO 1.9.122.
2. Open the file, index.html via File | Open or the button at the top of the
window
3. The file opens and is displayed in the wysiwyg mode
4. use the menu View | HTML Source or Click the button at the top of the window
to switch to HTML source view
5. edit some part of the file (not the <BODY ...> tag)
6. save the file using the menu File | Save or click the Save button
7. use the menu View | HTML Source or Click the button at the top of the window
to switch to HTML source view
Notice that the previous BODY tag:
<BODY LANG="en-US" TEXT="#000000" BACKGROUND="pix/bg.jpg" DIR="LTR"
STYLE="background: url(pix/bg.jpg) no-repeat middle center scroll">
was changed to:
<BODY LANG="en-US" TEXT="#000000" DIR="LTR">
in the index.html file.
