------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Aug 28 21:43:35 -0700 2005 ------- I tried to reproduce this error on Fedora Core 4, m122; and on WinXP SP2, m122, both with and without OOo dialogs. Could not get it to fail. Fedora's open dialog does not allow you to type in a filename. WinXP's open dialog gives a dropdown list of matching filenames as you type in the name, so I get two of them, name1.doc and name1.odt. The first one is automatically selected if I press enter. If I trim off the extension, I get an error, "File does not exist: name1" or similar. This behavior is similar on OOo's dialog in both operating systems. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
