StarImage, a simple pixel paint application, was removed from the StarOffice
suite before it was open sourced to OOo. This define marks old code that belongs
to StarImage. Some time ago it would have been possible to reactivate that
application by setting this define.
Tody this is not possible anymore since no one maintained the old code base.
If we have no real problems with this define we should keep it if some day
someone likes to add it back.
