JA: the "failed to send error report" message appears if eg. the system is
behind a proxy. Please configure proxy settings within the cash reporter
application. If you add a valid email address to the crash reporter settings
then you usually receive an email which shows you that the crash report has been
processed by the backend. Otherwise there's no dialog and AFAIK there's no
dialog planned
