From the lines and filling toolbar choose "color" and apply any color 3. From the same toolbar choose "line style" continuous 4. Save the file 5. Close the file 6. Reopen the file The reopened file keeps the format Now try this: 1. Select the left most text of the diagram by left clicking on it 2. From the main tool bar choose the "format brush", pick the format from the left most text (the one you apply formats to in the previos example) and apply it to the next unformated text 4. Save the file 5. Close the file 6.
