pl->mba: the problem here is asynchronous focus handling; vcl still thinks that
the dialog (and inside it the combobox) has the focus while the focus is on its
way back and forth to the Xserver.
For 2.0.x this is a no-go, we (ssa and I) will definitely not exchange this
minor issue for a host of real problems by changing the focus code, so that
would mean WONTFIX.
One question that remains is why the focus should go to the readonly document in
the first place; is there not a way that one can avoid setting the focus in the
first place ?
