If you look at the connecting lines between some of the boxes on the left, you
will see they are not perfectly horizontal, they are off by a few degrees.
Also,
the horizontal lines on the left of the switches and on the right and left of
the diode symbols are not all perfectly horizontal. You may have to zoom up to
200% on your display, but on my display, 24 inch 1920X1200, it is quite clear
and when printed out it also shows up. It seems this problem occurs either when
a copy/paste is performed or after the document was saved and reopened. Grid
was
also 0.1 inch as default 0.5 inch is ridiculously large for this type of
diagram. If you try to straighten the line by grabbing one end or the other, it
usualy makes it worse or in the other direction. You cannot get it on grid
again. PowerPoint does not have this problem, although Impress is easier to
operate than Powerpoint. It does not seem to make a difference of the file is .
ppt or the impress odp file as the file that I sent was originally. If I take a
redo of the drawing I sent that was completely done in PowerPoint and open it
in
Impress, edit an end to a line, I cannot get it back on grid. Same with copy/
paste most of the tiem.
