When we wrote this spec we agreed on excluding styles (the default attributes of
character and paragraph) because implementing this was too expansive (redisign
whole or part of the style concept) at the time we've done this.
So, right now, the PB Tool is blind concerning those default attributes.
The errors we made:
- we didn't clearly define the scope of the spec (no default styles)
- we didn't include the support of those attributes in the Future Tasks section
of the spec.
I've asked the spec owner to do so.
