defect cause:
The proposed graphic attribute change is somehow a little bit tricky:
Graphic height is relative to table row height and table row height is
determined by its content. Graphic height and table row influence each other.
Thus, the height of the table row and the graphic has to be found in an
iterative process till the given relation (graphic height is 83% of the table
row height is found).
The straight-forward object positioning algorithm restarts the layout process
for an anchored object, which changes its size. Thus, it works against the
iterative process to find the height for the table row and graphic.
