I'm using Open Office 1.9 (beta) on Windows XP. I'm very satisfied except for
some problems regarding to compatibility between MS and OO.

I have a document which was written using MS-Word and when I open it in OO it
shows some things different that...are kind of annoying because if I make some
modifications to get it showed like the original, when I send this to the
original maker and he/she opens it using MS-Word these changes will be done for
him/her too!

My example comes with this 2 pictures taken of the same document on the same
page opened with MS-Word and OO Writer. You can see different position of some
objects like the text box that says (in spanish which is the original language
of the document opened) "Fuente: ElaboraciĆ³n Propia". On MS-Word (which was the
original format of the document) it shows in the correct position but in
OO-Writer the textbox appears upside right of the position it should be. Is this
an issue of the OO or can this be corrected by any settings?
