It is possible to overwrite the open document file (odt) by exporting to PDF.
It happened to me a bit tired after working with a large document. No questions
asked.

1. Should be question asking "Replace odt file?" or similar.
2. Should not be possible to replace the open file you are working with.
3. Since the odt file is changed, at least you should be asked to save you file
before exiting.
