------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Sep 11 08:01:44 -0700 2005 ------- (Justin Kelley 9/11/2005) My specs are as follows: - OO 2.0 Beta - Dell Dimension XPS PC - Windows XP Professional SP2 - Pentium 4 3.8 GHz Processor - 2.0 GB DDR RAM After importing the pps attached I was able to replicate the reported behavior. If you run it in MS PowerPoint, then run the same presentation in Impress, you will see the difference. The overall presentation is much choppier in Impress, where in PowerPoint it's more seemless. Basically, the effects in Impress have a noticable delay. I would consider this issue rather important considering the high interest in applying textual effects coupled with sound. I would recommend viewing the slideshow with sound effects removed to verify that is the issue. Hope this helps. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
