Reason for this change: To be able to set some values depending on
your private environment.
Currently there is nothing to do for you.
It is a preparation that will be used by the test script developers in
the next days.
You find a template of the data at:
qa/qatesttool/global/private/inc/privateenvironment.inc
You are able to point to a file like these with the value in:
qa/qatesttool/errorlog/privateenvironment.txt
In most cases the default values provided there have to work - If not
the test developer will show a message during test run with the
expected value.
It is meant to set some values like proxys, mail, database servers
depending on your environment.
The implementation is in
qa/qatesttool/global/system/inc/master.inc::getUseFiles
