With the version 1.123 of the master.inc the routine IsDebugVersion() will
have been deleted. It has been used in the past to detect if an
office under automated test is a 'debug' or 'product' version.
Since the use of the funtion was very time consuming due to the UI action
it needed to perform, we now use the new command 'isProduct'.
This is an internal VCL TestTool command, available since at least
SRC680m226.
