*Description*

The display of menu items with checkmarks and item images changed
slightly. Item images and checkmarks now are displayed in the same
column. In case an item is both checkable and has an image, the image
is displayed, but additionally the checked state is displayed in the
same way checked toolbar buttons are displayed (currently that is with
a transparent rectangle or a pressed small button). Checked items are
mostly unchanged except they don't waste extra space for a nonexistant
image anymore plus in the generic (= non native) visualization they
show the same transparent rectangle as the checked images to emphasize
the similarity.
This change becomes effective with integration of CWS vcl100.
