The HYPERLINK spreadsheet function now returns a numeric value if its
second argument was a numeric value. Previously, the return value was
converted to text in this case.
This change aligns with the behavior of other spreadsheet applications and
the definition given in the OASIS ODFF/OpenFormula specification
available at
