In the Pivot Table layout dialog, it is now possible to add more than
8 fields to the "Row Fields", "Column Fields", and "Data Fields"
areas, and more than 10 fields to the "Page Fields" area.
If the number of fields exceeds the available space, a scrollbar will
appear right of the field area, allowing to scroll through the fields.
While dragging a field with the mouse, a bold insertion cursor will be
drawn between fields, visualizing the position the field would be
currently inserted.
While dragging over an area with scrollbar, it will scroll
automatically when pointing to the first/last visible field.
Additionally to the keyboard control options already available (Tab,
Cursor keys, Home, End), it is now possible to use Page Up/Page Down
in all fields.
