* Upvote the positive review as Helpful.
* Upvote the spam review as Helpful.
* Mark the spam review as spam.
* Now you should see the Positive and Spam review as most helpful.
* Checkout ww/6558. Refresh.
* You should no longer see the spam review as one of the Rated Reviews.

Refactoring
-----------
This ticket also includes some refactoring to the gutenberg/model/ratings.py 
and the consume project and rating controllers. The work includes some PEP8 
clean up, some docstring additions, and the removal of some legacy 
visitor_cookie usage.

Please code review and ensure ./runtests.py 1 and ./runtests.py 2 all pass.

The Highest Rated and Lowest Rated reviews for a project should not include 
reviews marked as spam.
