Content within `<pre>` tags is lost during import and a single `<pre>` tag is
shown. e.g.
https://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/wiki/Gems%2C-Eggs-and-Perl-Modules/ Somewhat
similar, `<code>...</code>` tags are escaped so you see the actual tags when
looking at the page. e.g. https://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/wiki/Installation/
footnotes aren't linked up, e.g.
https://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/wiki/Installation/
