Changes split out from [#7097]:
* Sort projects by name, show mod date
* Change "Tools" to "Personal Tools"
* I think we should also still show social network accounts on the profile
page, by default. SourceForge could possibly disable them if so desired (and
its entry forms too, I suppose?)
