I have the following in .pinerc with "DATEISO":
reply-leadin=On _DATEISO_, _TIME24_ (_TIMEZONE_) _FROM_ <_ADDRESS_> wrote:
index-format=FULLSTATUS MSGNO DATEISO FROMORTO(33%) SIZE SUBJECT(67%)
If you use the setup function in Alpine and press "?" you can get some
help on the various "tags" you can use.
