A possible workaround might be to add a similar option that matches on

Is there any other header besides Delivered-To that has the information
you need? My information is that this header is defined in an
experimental RFC from about 3 years ago, but I do not find it in the
headers of the message I am replying to, so it has not been widely
adopted yet.
Huh. It's been in both qmail and Postfix for more than twenty years;
and it's been in Gmail since launch.
And it is not in yandex. Most importantly, it is not required. As such, if
this were implemented, it would have to be in a header that all messages
have. Remember that what we are looking for is a solution to the situation
where you do not want to define a role, not discuss if we should implement
something that will only work for those that have the requirements.
If this were to be solved by using roles, it could be sped by enabling
[X] Enable Take Rules
and then pressing T on a message that will help define the role. Not
ideal, but it is better than the current state.
