Initial code is in CVS. It is not tested, but hopefully, without any major bugs. It seems that we have also missing encoding of CONTROL14 events.

rats. sourceforge is soooo broken. it's a great service they have provided, but if they go belly up, most of open-source development grinds to a halt... :(
