Hello,
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 laptop, and sound works OK using snd_hda_intel
driver,
except when the laptop is in the docking station and I'm trying to use the
audio output connector. When I connect audio cable to the docking station
audio-output
3,5mm connector the audio gets silent, no audio signal anymore.
If I disconnect the cable from the dock, the internal speakers of the laptop do
work again.
also the laptop built-in 3,5mm audio output works OK, it's just the
audio-output on the
docking station that doesn't work.
Any ideas how to fix/troubleshoot this?
I've tried specifying "model=thinkpad" parameter for snd_hda_intel, but that
doesn't seem to help.
I've tried with various Linux 3.5 and 3.6 kernels, on Fedora 17.
