Please, does somebody of us know, if is it possible to configure The
Linux operating system so USB connected audio devices could be auto detected
and can be used for sound input and output?
I AM using KNOPPIX_V8.6-2019-08-08
I do not want to use Pulseaudio sound server, I want to only use ALSA. I
have many reasons for that, better sound trebles, better responsivenes while
using it with Espeak text to speech engine.
If somebody of us know some package, stand alone app, which can autodetect
and automatically use selected USB audio device with ALSA without Pulseaudio
sound server, please let me know about it.
