hi, i have a CS4237B chipset in an IBM aptiva running RH6.1. i am trying to
run csound in real time with the --incard=0 --outcard=0 command line
options.
to this, it gives me:
error while reading DSP device for audio input
if i leave either --outcard or --incard out (effectively running the card in
half-duplex), the error goes away.
is this chipset half-duplex? or do you think this is a csound problem?
arecord and aplay work fine.
