Hi,
after have installed alsa-0.9, I get when I start xine:
XINE lib audio_alsa_out.c:849:(init_audio_out_plugin) snd_pcm_open() failed:
-25
XINE lib audio_alsa_out.c:850:(init_audio_out_plugin) >>> Check if another
program don't already use PCM <<<
I think this only occurs if I used freeamp before playing "xine -A alsa09".
Playing sound with xine via the oss-emulation of alsa ("xine -A oss") works
fine !
Please tell me why I cant play pcm with alsa, but I can with the oss
emulation. Please further tell me how to fix the problem
