My Audiophile did work with alsa-0.9.0beta6, but that was a bit buggy,
no crashes, though. Then I used beta7 for a long time, without any
problems at all, and now I installed the offical Debian packages for
0.9.0beta10a, debian minor version 3. It works like charm, and does that
in a machine, that's quite stuffed with cards: Network card, TV card,
ISDN card, Soundblaster Live card for the occasional game of Quake,
Matrox G400, SCSI card.

I am very pleased with my Audiophile, it works and sounds a lot better
than the SBLive did.

I must be the luckiest guy on this list of those, who own an Audiophile :-)
