My Audiophile did work with alsa-0.9.0beta6, but that was a bit buggy, no crashes, though. Then I used beta7 for a long time, without any problems at all, and now I installed the offical Debian packages for 0.9.0beta10a, debian minor version 3. It works like charm, and does that in a machine, that's quite stuffed with cards: Network card, TV card, ISDN card, Soundblaster Live card for the occasional game of Quake, Matrox G400, SCSI card. I am very pleased with my Audiophile, it works and sounds a lot better than the SBLive did. I must be the luckiest guy on this list of those, who own an Audiophile :-) Ciao, -- __ __ Frank Barknecht ____ ______ ____ __ trip\ \ / /wire ______ / __// __ /__/ __// // __ \ \/ / __ \\ ___\ / / / ____/ / / / // ____// /\ \\ ___\\____ \ /_/ /_____/ /_/ /_//_____// / \ \\_____\\_____\ /_/ \_\ _______________________________________________ Alsa-user mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/alsa-user
