Hi ! I have Intel 810 onboard soundcard, CRUX 0.9.4, kernel 2.4.19 with devfs, ALSA driver lib utils 0.9rc3 compile ok (./configure --with-cards=intel8x0 --with-oss=yes --with-sequencer=yes --with-debug=detect) My modules.conf is:
alias char-major-116 snd alias snd-card-0 snd-intel8x0 After reboot i have not /dev/snd :( When i type (as root): modprobe snd-intel8x0 modprobe snd-seq-midi modprobe snd-pcm-oss modprobe snd-seq-oss chmod 666 /dev/sound/* then i have 6 control*, 2 pcm*, timer and seq in /dev/snd and audio, dsp, sequencer, sequencer2 in /dev/sound xmms play .mp3 ok alsaplayer not play ! why ? help please ... sorry for my english.
