please help a man in distress. I have the above system, details below, and
problem and don't know how to overcome it.
I have tried to install and configure alsa (using alsaconf) but when I run
aplay I get the following error message:
aplay: main: 447: audio open error: no such device
I can't find /dev/snd, so I've obviously done something fundamental wrong.
Please advise.
