I've been trying to get an emi 2|6 working with Alsa 0.9.4 to no avail. I've supplied the various configuration information at the end.
The emi26 module is loaded, alsa 0.9.4 is installed and working, the system
recognizes the emi26 device, the snd-usb-audio module is installed but when I
try to access the emi, alsa gives an error telling :
hitchcock /root# alsactl store 0 alsactl: get_controls:485: snd_ctl_open error: No such device
Can anyone enlighten me ?
