I noticed lately that some (sensible) restrictions on the articulation of ipga levels vs. D/A levels had been built into the alsa mixer for the ice1712 cards. I am now using the Alsa driver built into the 2.5.73 kernel, and I find that under no circumstances am I able to raise any of the ipga levels on my delta44, using either alsamixer, amixer, or envy24control.
Am I missing something?
