I want to install the soundcard Aztech PCI 168AP. I use this guide: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/alsa-guide.xml There is no problem with "amixer set Master 100 unmute", but
# amixer set PCM 100 unmute amixer: Unable to find simple control 'PCM',0
and # aplay /usr/lib/mozilla/res/samples/test.wav freezes the system!
