I have a Zoltrix Nightingale Pro6 (CMI8738-MC6), it has optical and electrical SPDIF inputs and outputs (and one electrical internally). <http://www.zoltrix.com/products/audio/8SB87386CHGMX.htm>, IIRC I paid about 45 Euro. The analog part is said to be not so good (but works for me), but the digital part works good. The SPDIF input works for sure at 44.1 kHz and probably also at 48 kHz, maybe also at 32 kHz. Regards...
