Don't know anything specific about DJ requirements, but I like the
M-Audio Delta-44 or Delta-66 cards.  They are hard to beat for
quality, price, good ALSA support, and low latency.  There are four
24-bit audio inputs and four outputs.  The Delta-66 also has a pair of
S/PDIF stereo ins and outs.  Many people in the Linux audio community
have reported good results with them.

Watch out for the USB cards.  Many problems have been reported.
