ok it seems that even plugged in or off the jack doesn't have any effect
on the sound output.
even when I switch the speaker off
        control.10 {
                comment.access 'read write'
                comment.type BOOLEAN
                iface MIXER
                name 'Headphone Playback Switch'
                value true
        }
        control.11 {
                comment.access 'read write'
                comment.type BOOLEAN
                iface MIXER
                name 'PC Speaker Playback Switch'
                value false

no sound from the speaker an no sound from the headphone

        control.10 {
                comment.access 'read write'
                comment.type BOOLEAN
                iface MIXER
                name 'Headphone Playback Switch'
                value false
        }
        control.11 {
                comment.access 'read write'
                comment.type BOOLEAN
                iface MIXER
                name 'PC Speaker Playback Switch'
                value true

sound works from the speaker.

thanks
