Hi!
One possibility might be to create a plugin for it. I don't exactly know
about the channels of a 5.1-system. But if they are there as pcm-devices, then
you could try mapping the channels 0 and 1 to the other channels. It could
look like:
pcm.mystereo
{
type plug
ttable.0.0 2
ttable.0.1 3
ttable.0.0 4
ttable.0.1 5
slave.pcm card1
}
I'm not absolutely sure about the syntax with the last pcm.slave statement
and I'm not sure, if this may work. - But it's an idea.
