It is odd you can build all of ALSA except for the OSS library.
Please forward the output of:
ls -ldt /usr/include/{linux,asm,asm-i386} /System.map* /boot/System.map*
and secondly, which Linux distribution are you using?
You seem to have a very old GNU C library (glibc-2.2.4) which is
over 2 years old. It might explain the build problems.
If your PC is ever connected to any kind of network, let alone the Internet,
I'd recommend you upgrade asap to a current stable glibc for security reasons.
