Hi, What is the best way to capture sound tracks from a DVD and write them to a CD? What tools do I need? I am running kernel 2.6.1-mm5 with ALSA 1.0.1 and my AC97 driver is working in OSS emulation mode (I have Asus P4P800 Deluxe mobo). I can play DVD using ogle and play audio CD/mp3 using either xmms or mpg123.
Any help/pointers/details greatly appreciated. Obviously audio quality is one of the primary concern and therefore I like to know if there is an all digital solution.
