AFAIK this is not supported in current ALSA for any emu10k1, emu10k2 card (SB Live, Audigy1, Audigy2, Audigy2ZS). >Would getting a fancier sound card, like an Audigy 2, >that claims to have a dolby digital decoder help? SB Live, Audigy1, Audigy 2, Audigy 2 ZS doesn't have hardware dolby decoder. All is done in software under windows.
