I had already built and just now rebuilt again the alsa libs. My grep
gives me the following:
I get:
# default with dmix & dsnoop
strings [ "dmix:" $CARD ",FORMAT=S32_LE" ]
Everything appears OK but the digital device does not actually get
enabled.
