Hi everyone!
I still do have the same problem. My alsamixer is buggy and I can't fix that
problem myself. Also I still can't set the ipga-analog volumes, but I couldn't
do that since 2.6.10 kernels. Here I gathered all info I thought necessary
(and perhaps more than that :-))
uname -a:
Linux bach 2.6.11.8 #1 Mon May 30 23:30:13 CEST 2005 i686 unknown
/proc/asound/version:
Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.8 (Thu Jan 13 09:39:32
2005 UTC).
alsa-lib and alsa-utils version is 1.0.9
/proc/asound/cards:
0 [M1010LT ]: ICE1712 - M Audio Delta 1010LT
M Audio Delta 1010LT at 0xd000, irq 19
Alsamixer error:
amixer: simple.c:1975: snd_mixer_selem_get_enum_item: Assertion `helem' failed
I tried this with different alsa-libs/drivers, but the problem continues.
Can anyone help me?
