Please, try to start simple, rather than trying everything under the sun - even if you fix it you will end up having no idea which change helped. Lose the .asoundrc and run JACK with the hw device. Start with a buffer of 64 frames and if it clicks increase the buffer size. You are barking up the wrong tree trying to solve this with an .asoundrc. I REALLY wish the ALSA people would remove all that incorrect & outdated info.
