It was able to play and record as same hw configuration.

hw:?,0 and hw:?,1 have differrent output connectors. 0 uses upper rca connectors and tsr jacks, 1 uses two lower rca connectors just below upper ones.

Try to connect headphones to fron panel jack and press A/B button near that connector. It should select between two outputs for headphones.
