Dear friends, I am installing linux on a TARGA 856 WA MT34 notebook.
The audio card is not recoignised by lspci, but Mandriva Control Center does. recognise it as a SB Azalia 450 HD Audio (that is High Definition Audio). The module is apparently snd_hda_intel. Nevertheless, the modem, who is integrated on the card using the High Definition Audio Bus, and which should be accessible thorugh alsa, is not visible. In windows, the modem is recognised as Agere Systems HDA. Help!
