Hi, I have a problem with this integrated chip.
I use it with a dvb-card, recorded with internal or external cable on line-in, cd-in or aux-in. The sound with the line out are good, the sound from the dvb card are good, but when I grab it from /dev/dsp or /dev/sound, its really bad : http://www.danstaface.net/sound/badsound.wav Why I need to grab it ? for streaming ... I use : vlc v4l:/dev/video0:size=500x400:adev=/dev/dsp --sout '#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,vb=512,acodec=mp3,ab=256,channels=2,deinterlace}:std {access=http,mux=ts,url=xxxx:xxxx}' Its not the vlc fault because when I stream a file the sound are good.
