Hi Sorry no help. But the same problem here. Just installed 2.6.20-rt8 with built in alsa and I have lost the IPGA in envy24control. Previous 2.6.16 kernel with alsa not in kernel was OK.
cheers Paul. Quoting Julien Claassen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > Hello! > I've still got the same problem. ALSA 1.0.14rc1, built-in of Linux kernel > 2.6.20 doesn't recognise my IPGA-analog volume. It doesn't even show up in > /etc/asound.state. But even before with linux-2.6.16.2 it didn't show > IPGA-analog volume in the mixer. So I had to set it by hand, or the input > volume from the analog ins would have been to low.
