I posted a message here a while back that got no responses. I've googled extensively and checked forums everywhere I can think of.
Does ANYONE on this list have both normal sound and AC3 passthrough working on their setup under ALSA and via SPDIF? Please don't point me at a link that's supposed to have it working (I've read so much stuff that I now know that the development of ALSA has made too much stuff out there either redundant or plain wrong), I would like to ask a few questions of someone who has it working on their machine.
